The incredible setting of the redeveloped Royal Pier Waterfront will offer visitors, residents and businesses monumental waterfront views, substantive opportunities for recreation as well as access to dynamic public spaces.

With plans for 730 contemporary dwellings, the Royal Pier Waterfront will be a place to call home. A diverse blend of retail shops will offer something for everyone. With dynamic public spaces for parks and recreation, there will always be something happening. The site will feature Grade A office and business space, offering not just a desk, but a strategic and easily accessible work environment.

Luxury Living

Our plans include provision for approximately 730 contemporary residential apartments. These apartments will overlook Royal Pier Waterfront’s secluded inlet and will be discretely placed away from Southampton Port operations so as to avoid any disturbance.

Leisure and Recreation

With plans for a community park, waterfront access, public spaces and expansive walkways, the Royal Pier Waterfront will serve as your launching pad to experience sights and sounds and recreational opportunities limited only by your imagination.

A landmark 4/5 star hotel will be located in a prominent location at the southern end of the Royal Pier site where many of the proposed 250 rooms may overlook both Southampton Water and Mayflower Park.

A variety of food and drink outlets suitable for all tastes from fine dining to family friendly will be located alongside the front with excellent views of all the waterborne activity.

Southampton is the holder of the last Large Casino Licence issued by the Government. A large floor-plate casino is proposed to sit within the heart of the Royal Pier site at second floor level subject to the Casino Licence being awarded at this location.

Office Space

The masterplan includes provision for Grade A commercial floor space. However a number of smaller units which will be suitable for start-up businesses will be available within a new commercial quarter. A conference facility will also form part of the design plans.

Memorial / Landmark

A proposal has also been prepared by the Spitfire Tribute Foundation to site a Spitfire Monument within the improved Mayflower Park.
